My Instant Pot is Mocking Me!

I bought myself a present a few weeks ago...an Instant Pot.

It's a pressure cooker-slow cooker-mulit cooker type kitchen appliance. I must say it was much bigger than I thought it would be.

It looks so lovey on my kitchen counter...still all shiny and new because I am a little afraid of it.  I have no reason to be because the internet if FULL of ideas of what to do with it. It came with a little cookbook.

So this weekend I promised myself I would do SOMETHING with it.

Any suggestions?
