Today's KOD goes to a Maryland man who was hoping to get his driver’s license, but ended up in handcuffs instead. He showed up for his driver's test but the examiner became suspicious about a certain odor emanating from the car. The examiner alerted a state trooper, who searched the car and found nearly a pound of marijuana, a scale, and more than $15,000 in cash and a loaded handgun.
