From the late 00s to the mid-10s, Latin hip hop / pop star Pitbull was the master of the "club banger".

According to Wikipedia, Pitbull (AKA Armando Christian Perez) was born in Miami in 1981.  He started his music career in the early 2000s by producing reggaeton and crunk tracks.  But, when he made the switch to producing pop songs with a Latin flair, his career really took off.

While not all of his songs became huge radio hits, they never failed to fill a dancefloor.  "Give Me Everything", "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)", "Timber", "Fireball", "Feel This Moment", "Krazy", and "The Anthem" to name just a few.

I was working as a club DJ when he was at the height of his popularity and the crowd always went crazy whenever I spun one of those "bangers"

Great news for fans of Pitbull - he's going to be performing at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Sunday, August 29th.

And, he'll be joined by Australian hip-hop artist Iggy Azalea.

The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is such a great venue to see concerts.  It's on the smaller side and there is plenty of parking, so it isn't a pain to get in and out.  There's plenty of food vendors and a bunch of great restaurants just down the road from the venue.  Located close to Lake Winnipeasaukee, and all the lake's attractions, you could make a long weekend of it!
