Popular Greenville Maine Restaurant Up For Sale
If you've ever been to the Moosehead Lake region in Maine, particularly the Greenville area, then you're most-likely familiar with the Stress Free Moose. A restaurant/tavern situated on Pritham Ave in Greenville has been welcoming locals and tourists alike for years.
Recently, according to Realty of Maine, the longtime Greenville Staple went up for sale. The Stress Free Moose, which sits on .53 acres on Moosehead Lake, can accommodate 70+ customers at a time between its indoor and outdoor seating areas.
The building was originally constructed in 1922, the 3360 square foot building has two stories, a metal roof, build in air conditioning and a massive outdoor seating area complete with a roof overhang.
In a recent Facebook Post, the original owners of the restaurant expressed reassurance to their cliental by letting them know they wouldn't be selling the restaurant to just anyone. They went on to let the customer base that the Stress Free Moose had been their 'life's work' and would only be sold to someone who shared their same vision for the restaurant and Moosehead Lake Region.
