On Sunday mornings this year we have been talking a lot about domestic violence in our communities and resources. This month we are talking about a subject that I never really thought about domestic violence and the work place. Domestic violence that follows an employee to work or if an abuser is in your work place it can impact your work environment AND it has a negative economic impact on the business.
