The Many Benefits of Apples

It is apple season in Maine and gees we have a lot of places to choose from in Central Maine.  The Maine Pomological Society has a wonderful interactive map and we have a lot of choices in central Maine.  The apple has many heath benefits  listed from Farmers' Almanac and lets just say most of them have to with having a happy colon.  They also have some other happy apple tip.  Try searching 'apple' on the Farmers' Almanac website...check out these apple-licious ideas.
