As winter storm Izzy batters the eastern seaboard, we are keeping track of power outages all across Maine.

As of 10:30 this morning, Central Maine Power is reporting just over 10,000 customers without power. Near Bangor, Versant Power is reporting just under 500 customers without power.

Winter storm Izzy is bringing heavy snow and high wind gusts to much of Maine today. As the storm continues through the state, gusts near the coast could reach 50 miles per hour. Inland communities will still see strong wind gusts, though not to the same magnitude as the coastal communities.

The winter storm warning will expire for Central Maine at 4PM and conditions will improve through the overnight. As we head into Tuesday, expect a mix of sun and clouds and highs approaching the mid 30's.

In the meantime, here are the links to CMP and Versant's outage maps and estimated restoration times.
