A Go Fund Me page has been started to help a Waterville family whose 11-year-old daughter is recovering from surgery to remove a brain tumor.

According to information shared on the Go Fund Me page, Misti and Jake Bearce's daughter, Anna, recently had surgery to remove the tumor and she will need to go to Massachusetts for an  unknown length of time for pediatric rehabilitation.

It’s time to Rally!  The Bearce Family, longtime residents of Waterville, need our help!    This family touches every school in the Waterville District, with five children ages 16 to 4 years.  They are very involved in the community and all sports from golf, to hockey to soccer.  The hardship they are now facing is unimaginable.  Their middle daughter Anna (age 11) has recently had surgery to remove a brain tumor.  She is now in need of pediatric rehabilitation.  Unfortunately, there are no facilities in Maine.  It’s looking like she will be transferred to Massachusetts next week with her length of stay unknown at this time.  There she will begin intense therapy as well as chemo and radiation once her body is able.  As we know life keeps moving, even in tragic times.  Misti and Jake need to focus on their sweet Anna and let us focus on them. This is going to be a very long road for this family with major financial impact.  Please pray and donate, every little bit helps!  God Bless!
