What’s The Story Behind This Boat?

We saw this while walking the Belfast Harbor Walk yesterday.  We couldn't see any name on it.

I am far from an expert, but to me, it looks like a 1930s yacht.  Like something a Rockefeller or Roosevelt would have owned.

Anyone know what her name is?  Also, what her story?
