Maine's Ranking on the Best Looking Police Cruiser is Shocking

Apparently, the state of Maine isn't rated high on this national list of prettiest police cruisers. Say what? This surprises me, because I think our cruisers are pretty sleek-looking. However, other states have nicer ones, according to this recently published list.

This list was put out by the American Association of State Troopers, who voted the state of Florida as having the "best-looking cruisers" of 2023.

I have to admit, Florida's cruisers are exceptionally good-looking, and I understand the appeal. However, let's shift our focus to our home state of Maine. In the rankings, Maine was placed fifth from the bottom, with New Mexico securing the very last position.

Even when combining the votes from New York, Maine, and Vermont, our Maine state totals still didn't surpass the overall votes even received by our neighboring state of New Hampshire, which placed 13th. Ouch.

New Hampshire is even being featured in their “America’s Best Looking Trooper Cruisers 2024” Wall Calendar.

Excitement for the other states aside, I am super shocked that Maine was voted so low. Don't get me wrong, I am not a police car aficionado, but I do know what cop cars look like, and I for one think Maine State Police cars are sexy. Sue me.

I mean, check out Maine State cruiser below. It's stunning! It is a 310 and a 2021 Ford Police Interceptor Utility, according to Maine State Troopers Foundation.
