F. Lee Bailey Lost His Request to Return to Practice Law in Maine

You know who F. Lee Bailey is, right? If not he was one of the all-star defense lawyers in the O.J. Simpson trail back now almost 20 years ago. About a decade ago Bailey lost his ability to practice law in Florida.

He went through the process in an attempt to get his license back to practice law here in Maine, but Maine’s high court denied his request by a vote of 4-2.

F. Lee Bailey says now since his request has been denied he will not return to law.

Bailey, now a consultant at 80 years old lives in Maine and might I add a very nice person.

I met him a couple of years ago in Brewer during a taping the ‘Nite Show with Danny Cashman'. He and I were on the same episode back in the late summer or fall of 2012.
