We do not tangle often, but when we do...I lose. My nemesis is the top heating element in the electric stove. The first scar from the electric stove goes back to when I was 18 and making my very first Thanksgiving turkey. The second scar is on my left forearm from about ten years ago. The third and most recent is on my right forearm. This time it was to cook pizza. That one is still healing since I did it on January 13. That one was nasty, and I heard myself sizzle. YES...it was so nasty. That was the day before my recent surgery, and I had to show it to the nurse so it can get covered up.

Needless to say, I am not a big fan of using the oven, but I am courageous. I do use caution and situational awareness to help me forge ahead. Afterall...this girl likes to make pizza.
