As you know, I am focused on losing 50lbs and i'm making good progress. Recently I started a training with Kim at the KVYMCA and she gave me a list of the bad foods you should not eat.

1. MOLDY FOOD

2. FOOD YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO

3. BURNT FOOD

4. UNDERCOOKED FOOD

5. POISONED FOOD.

She says there is no such thing as bad food, only bad thoughts. Instead of saying "I can't have dessert," say "I am not hungry for dessert." The thoughts may sound unauthentic, but changing your language is the first step in a positive direction.
