Let's face it, Santa has to fly to millions and millions of households each year on Christmas eve and, 99 times out of 100, he's getting the same old milk and cookies. Now don't get us wrong, Santa loves a good glass of milk and a couple delicious cookies more than most, but he also likes a little variety in his 'round the world diet.

May we make a couple of suggestions to our fellow Mainers when it comes to things you may want to consider leaving out for Santa Claus? Perhaps some food (and drinks) that he's not super-likely to get anywhere else?

Maine is home to some of the best snack food (and drinks) anywhere on the planet. And we would miss a pretty big opportunity to not introduce the Clause to at least a little of it, right?
