Can you believe we're already headed into the holiday season? I mean seriously, it seems like we were literally just packing for our Memorial Day Weekend camping trip. But, alas, here we are.

As we gear up for a busy holiday season, we are oftentimes focused on our Thanksgiving meals and shopping for the Christmas gatherings with family and friends. However, I'm here to remind you not to forget about the 'decompression' holiday for adults only... of course I'm talking about New Year's Eve.

Earlier this week I was chatting with Cathy and Brian from Westernview Golf Club about their upcoming events. I asked them if they had any plans for New Year's Eve and they said they didn't. My mind ran wild with ideas.

I decided to pitch them on a big NYE party with both live entertainment and a DJ. They loved it so I immediately went into planning mode. Coming up on Tuesday, December 31st, don't miss the epic NYE party featuring local favorite Garrett Holt from 6-9.

Following Garrett's performance, I'll jump on the decks and DJ from 9 until the New Year. The event will be at Westernview where doors will open at 5p and there will be a limited menu available for purchase.

This is a 21+ event so leave the kiddos at home and bring your friends along. This event WILL push the venue to its capacity so plan on getting their on-time! Admission through the door will be $10 for singles or just $15 for couples.

According to an excerpt from (my) event page,

Get ready to ring in the new year in style as Garrett Holt & Matt James take over Westernview Golf Club for the party of the year!
Doors open at 5p for this 21+ event. $10 for singles and $15 for couples. There will be a delicious limited menu being offered for dinner (extra cost).
Garrett will be playing live from 6-9p and DJ Matt James from 9-12mid. Don't miss this epic party! From 90s Country to Usher & Pitbull, there will be music all night long for everyone to enjoy.
So get ready to dance, snag a DD and come on out to celebrate 2025!
