After Stephen King's demand for an apology from Governor Paul LePage fell on deaf ears after LePage's comments last week, some Democrats are urging the best-selling author to run for the Blaine House in 2018.

Joe Baldacci, Bangor city counselor and Democratic Rep. Diane Russell from Portland, are both pushing for King to run. But in a response, King says he has no aspirations to run for any office.
