There are countless times throughout the week where  I read something and mutter under my breath "this can't be true", though it turns out it usually is.

As a matter of fact, I found this so crazy that I used it as this morning's Moose Morning Show Mind Bender question. Props to Jami Harding for getting it correct by the way. Okay, now to the meat and potatoes (no pun intended).

As it turns out, according to a survey by OnePoll, nearly 10% of all people surveyed said that they consider their partner eating McDonald's without them is just as bad as cheating. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Mickey Dee's just as much as the next person, but I don't think I would elevate it to the level of cheating if I found out my wife went without me. Who am I kidding anyway, if one of us is likely to get fast food without the other, it's totally going to be me.

In addition to the fact that y'all think eating some McNuggs solo is the same as your partner shacking up with your bestie, they also found that 46% of people surveyed said they would rather give up drinking alcohol than McDonald's. Want some even more astounding facts? Another 16% said that after getting out of COVID quarantine, they would rather have a Big Mac than a raise at work (if they were forced to choose). That is some serious McCommitment! < See what I did there?

At any rate, no matter how you feel about the subject, the answer really is super-simple. If you find yourself at the drive-thru all by your lonesome, don't call your partner to tell them and see if they want something. You already know they do AND you already know what they want. So just order it, get some extra fries and bring the goods on home!
